2. Products
The products offered (VidBag®, Kit Dérouleur, etc.) are described on the website with the utmost care. Photos and illustrations are non-contractual.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the website or by any other means is firm and final once validated by the customer and confirmed by VB TRADE.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative only. VB TRADE cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, carrier issues, etc.).
5. Right of Withdrawal
Distributor customers have a period of 7 days from the order date to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and in their complete packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer has 48 hours to report any anomalies and inform the manufacturer for a potential warranty claim. Any claim must be sent to contact@vbtrade.fr.
7. Liability
VB TRADE cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or consequences resulting from improper use of the products.
8. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of Laval (France). For international customers, French law remains applicable.
9. Amendments to the Terms
VB TRADE reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.
